Taylor’s driving Hammond organ has been leading the group for more than twent-five years, and the ‘JTQ’ show no signs of slowing down. Their relentlessly entertaining tunes take their inspiration from the rare-groove style funk and boogaloo funk of the sixties and seventies, and they are without a doubt one of the most important jazz-pop crossover bands in British musical history.
