Brazilian Trio – Helio Alves, Nilson Matta & Duduka da Fonseca

Founded in 2003, Grammy Nominee trio was formed by beloved icons from the New York based Brazilian jazz community, two of whom Duduka Da Fonseca and Nilson Matta are members of the hugely popular Trio Da Paz. Individually and/or together the group members have played and recorded with Antonio Carlos Jobim, Yo-Yo Ma, Don Pullen, John Scofield, Lee Konitz, Airto Moreira, Gerry Mulligan, Herbie Mann, Kenny Barron, and many other very special artists.
